We take a comprehensive, clinical and holistic approach to facials which means treating the skin as an integrated part of the whole body, considering not just the surface-level concerns but also the impact of lifestyle factors like diet, stress, environment, and overall health on the skin, aiming to address the root causes of skin issues; this often involves using mindful products, promoting relaxation and balance in the body. We tailor each service to your individual needs while also using science backed treatments that target stubborn concerns and are made to yeild results. Before your facial appointment: Please refrain from using any prescription topicals, retinoids or exfoliation atleast 5-7 days before your appointment. If you can: Arrive with no makeup, avoid caffeine prior to your appointment & dress for your comfort with easy to slip off shoes upon entry. You will be given a spa wrap to change into for the duration of your service. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY 💡 PAYMENTS ✨ A valid credit or debit card is needed on file to book any appointment. You have the option to use this on file card during checkout after your service. There is a non-refundable deposit required to book and will go towards your final balance on the day of your appointment. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, apple pay & exact cash only. There is 3.5% fee to any card transaction. RESCHEDULES ✨ If you need to reschedule please do so atleast 48hrs before your scheduled appointment time. To reschedule your appointment go to your appointment confirmation text or email and click “manage appointment”. You are allowed 1 reschedule using the same deposit, after that another deposit will be required. CANCELLATIONS ✨ If you need to cancel please do so atleast 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a 50% last minute cancellation fee. To cancel your appointment go to your appointment confirmation text or email and click “manage appointment”. If it's after the 48 hour mark it will no longer allow you to cancel. ARRIVAL ✨ There is a 10 minute grace to arrive so please plan your time accordingly to avoid being late. If you aren’t inside by the grace period your appointment may be subject cancellation & late fee since lateness will disrupt the flow of appointments for the remaining of the day. STUDIO POLICY ✨ No call no shows and will result in 50% of service fee and potentially banned from booking. If you have a serious emergency situation that prevents you from arriving let me know asap so I can do my best to accommodate you. Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in our system. Please no extra guests allowed unless they also have an scheduled appointment. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to reading and accepting our policy. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY đź’ˇ
To cancel an appointment you must cancel before 48 hours of your appointment time. My booking site will send you emails and text messages as reminders, scroll to the bottom and hit manage my appointments from there you will be able to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If it's after the 48 hour mark it will no longer allow you to cancel. I will charge you a 50% cancellation fee for any cancelation done after 48 hours. Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the card on file. Once this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in our system. All fees must be paid before booking a new appointment. By having a card on file, reading and understanding the policy, you are giving solbeautyxwellness permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or a no-show. All deposits are non-refundable. You are able to reschedule once for the deposit to transfer to your next appointment. Other rescheduling will require a new deposit.
